If an accepted abstract is published prior to 2024 ASM NGS, the authors must agree to withdraw the abstract. Withdrawals of abstracts made after July 8, 2024, may be subject to a penalty, prohibiting the author from presenting papers at ASM meetings and conferences for up to 3 years. A letter will be emailed to individuals subject to this penalty. Those who wish to dispute the penalty must notify the ASM NGS Program Committee in writing and send it to the attention of the ASM Programming Team. A response letter will be emailed to the presenting author once the committee has considered and acted on your exception request.

Travel Awards

Get Funding to Present Your Research

Students and post-docs who submit abstracts for the 2024 ASM Conference on Rapid Applied Microbial Next-Generation Sequencing and Bioinformatic Pipelines (2024 ASM NGS) may be eligible to receive a travel award following review by the ASM NGS Program Committee.
